Technological Advances of the future on college campuses

We all know that technology is constantly changing rapidly in the world especially in this new day and age when everyone is basically wired. "Wired" is constantly connected to something online or being able to adapt quickly to an online network to accomplish what you need. With mobile and social devices advances our culture and the specific college demographic that I am in, I feel that there is going to be a rise of newer innovations, as well as advancements that will help the average college student advance in their field and time as an undergraduate.

In this particular video, i wanted to give visuals of an actual college university making plans to build a campus of the future. They will begin to display the ideas that they have been putting into place that they feel will make the campus more innovative and evolved. During my research i wanted to display an enriched program on how they plan to expand and advance their companies, as well as who they are partnering with to improve education and ideas. 

#9 - Classmate Blog Critique

Classmate Blog Critique

On this assignment I was asked to evaluate and critique some of the blogs from my fellow classmates. I decided to pick out three of my personal favorite blogs to critique and describe why I like them or why they stand out to me. When it comes to blog and blog posts, the things that stand out to me are visuals and the particular post and the overall design and artwork of the blog.I like things that are going to catch my attention no matter what the post is about. A good blog is going to keep you searching and continuing to read because the writer draws you in with different things that may be appealing to you.

One of my favorite blogs was the page of Jamia Evans. Jamia Evans is a good friend of mine, and she has continuously been creative all semester with her overall layout of her blog and her creative writing skills. One thing that stands with the blog of Jamia Evans is that most of the blog is transparent. I enjoy the layout design as well as her allowing you to be drawn in by the soft creative designs of the layout. But she allows you to enjoy the layout while be able to clearly continue to read the blog entry because thing are made easy to read.  She adds detail with attention to each entry by adding slight touches to the font , while highlighting things that she feels are important.

Another blog selection that I decided to personally critique was that of my classmate Dasha Pettis.  Dasha Pettis always seems to amaze me. Ive been taking classes with Dasha since my first semester at SAU. She has continued to elevate her work in each class and assignment . I've always enjoyed her media presentations throughout the years. When it comes to this blog, it instantly catches my attention with how professional her layout is. It draws me in with the artistic design on the layout. Her blog stands out because you have to specifically click on the entry in which u plan to read. I enjoyed browsing through the entry and how put together it is.

#8 - Predictions (Network/Cable, Streaming, Online, Social, Gaming or AI)

In my article i would like to discuss the predictions of the future of Social Media and Social Media marketing. Technology is continuously evolving monthly, weekly and daily. As consumers and Americans we are becoming more sand more wired. And due to these interactions we are slowly beginning to begin to control things from our from such as apps, and even home devices. Ideas have been simple introduced to even control home security settings to simple television streaming apps from our phones.
















I wanted to provide diagrams of our research methods so that i can provide visuals of the future predictions and things that have already or currently being implemented into certain social media medians that we use daily as consumers. By use being more wired and always being solely focused on our phones, social media platforms have began to advertise more ads and even implement ads in which it has noticed that you were previously interested in. Social Media predictions are aiming to make you separate from your money, and find creative ways to get wherever there customers are spending most of their time at.

These days it is predicted that most mobile and social sites are beginning to advertise more on hosting sites than can provide video ads. With the growing avenue of social media and the increased numbers of rising users, companies are starting to invest more of their time in advertisement online as well as videos on these sites to reach their audience

Some new predictions of the future for is that Instagram, Facebook and Snap chat all have video hosting features, and I feel that eventually you will be able to record and post live video on every website and each social media network. Snapchat created a new wave implemented "Stories". In which u post a photo or a video and save it to a collage in which u can continuously view for 24 hours. This "snap" trend has also been replicated and installed into Facebook as well as instagram.
